After issuing these vitamins for a few weeks, I bit down on something hard and this piece of plastic/resin/SOMETHING was in my vitamin that I was currently eating! When I first contacted customer support, their initial reaction was to just offer a refund and do nothing else about it! I had to ask to be referred to a manager to get someone to actually collect information regarding the incident! Amazon products need better quality control than this!
