I purchased this pressure washer in late December 2014. It was well maintained - fuel stabilizer, Karcher Pump Maintenance treatment after every use, proper oil level, etc. The washer was used 3 times for a total of approximately 6 hours. On the 4th use, the pump failed! I contacted Generac who informed me the pump is not covered under warranty after year 1, only the engine. After reading other customer complaints, it's clear that Generac has structured their warranty this way because of the defective pump issues many customers have experienced. So, after spending over $300, I have a piece of junk that would cost me about what I paid for it to repair --- which I am not going to do. Based on these facts and the ridiculous support Generac provides customers on this product.....DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS ON A COMPETITOR'S PRODUCT. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED!!!!
