Completely affected my tastebuds, even drinking water tasted metallic and not right, let alone my favorite foods. It took 5 days after I stopped using this mouth wash before my sense of taste was back to normal again and I had only used this for 3 days (2x/day). Beware that this can happen! I threw this away immediately and when doing so, noticed that the solution smells of chlorine. If it works for you, great - but if you notice things tasting different all of a sudden, stop using immediately and toss this. It does not go away and just progressively gets worse!
