Non-stick? Nope
I purchased a Stone Wave Microwave cooker for the purpose of quickly making eggs in the morning with very easy clean up. The first time I used this product was on a morning when I was not in a hurry got get off to work. Fortunately. I carefully followed the directions, whipping the egg up nice and fluffy, and cooking it for exactly the time suggested. At the end of the suggested cooking time, I had to let the egg sit in the pot for about 30 more seconds in order for the uncooked egg on the very bottom to finish cooking. The egg was cooked into a rather solid mass and was rather tough to cut and eat. The most disappointing part was the clean up. I had to use a scouring sponge made for non-stick cookware, and really spend time scrubbing the layer of well cooked-on egg off the sides of the pot. The layer wasn't thick, but it was tenacious. I won't be using it for eggs again any time soon. Maybe it will cook an apple with better results.
