I bought This vacuum cleaner, and payed extra for the 3 year warranty.. ? The vacuum broke down after 3 months.?? I payed $596 for the vacuum cleaner on Amazon and payed extra for a 3 year warranty.. And it broke down.. My extended year warranty told me to contact Miele.. So I did.. They told me to bring it in to Walnut Creek in California, close to where I live, with a receipt from Amazon.. Great news..I did.. But as it turns out.. The store and Amazon, do not cover dust in the vacuum? That is what a vacuum is for? Now it is costing me $150 to get rid of the dust in the vacuum cleaner? If you want to get ripped off and have a dusty floors without a vaccume cleaner from Amazon prime or Miele .. Do not buy this and get ripped off like I did! Marlene
