At this time I don't believe I can accurately review the product quality itself. It does appear to hold its shape despite the weight of a thick icomfort mattress and two average sized adults. However, the method of trifolding, rolling and packing the product sabotaged the quality of the product. The trifolding created railroad track like ridges down the center of the mattress wedge. Despite hanging on a clothes line in our basement for a week before placing under the mattress, the ridges remain. Only the ridges meet the 5 inch thickness as described. The rest of the thick edge is squashed to probably half the thickness it should be. If there is a way to get the product back into factory spec shape, I would like to hear it so I can try it. I have not slept well since we installed it. Unless the company modifies the packing method, I would not recommend the product.
