I ordered this ladder thinking that we could have fire drills with our grandsons, the youngest of whom is suddenly terrified of fire. I *never* would have ordered it had I known it was one use only! Kind of hard to practice going up and down a ladder that's only good once. That information needs to be CLEARLY noted on the description! Needless to say, I sent it back.
