Great product - horrible band... not sure what else to say. I really hate to write this review.... this product itself EXCEEDS expectations! However the wrist band is HORRIBLE! It as if they made a top of the line race car and forgot to put on any tires....? I have had it only 3 days... loved it! Synced it w/ my PC, iPad, iPhone, all was easy. I was even becoming more active just to hit my "step goals" for the day.... but alas.... as was predicted by the many reviews I read the wristband failed and it fell off. Thanks God (after many hours of retracing my steps) that I was fortunate enough to find it. But this should not happen. The band really is poorly designed. I did nothing more than walk with this device (meaning that there is no reason it should have fallen off). If the band had a better design I'd honestly give it a 4 or 5 star rating. But no matter how good the device itself is .... it's worthless with a band that keeps it attached to your body. My challenge now is do I send it back (while I still have it) or try to do Garmin's job and design a solution to there band (zip tie, electrical tape, ... other?) to keep it on my wrist???
