I have used this for over a year and thought I was doing something good for myself...my doctor could not figure out why my aluminum level has gone so high because I do not have any other aluminum in my cooking nor do I drink from Yeti's so when I went back to check its made with "alum" which is a form of aluminum. Do not use this product.
