The first towel out of the bag is defective with a huge hole in it. It appears to be a looming issue from the manufacturing process. Not a great first impression. The second towel didn’t have this issue (not to say that there isn’t more like the first one buried in the stack. The good towel is soft and not too large. I bought these towels because I don’t use paper towels (haven’t for 20 years) due to trying to do my part for the environment. The second towel does absorb liquid well and rinses well. I will update this after the first few washes. Side note: No, I’m not a hippie that uses crystals for deodorant. I do have an applied science degree and understanding that global warming is a fact.
