Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I am entirely new to probiotics, but I have had stomach issues (irregularity, bloating, indigestion, gas, diarrhea, you name it) for probably 5 years now (29 years old, fit, male). I just figured this is how I was, but I’ve recently realized there is probably something I can do about it. I recently had a bad upset stomach so my wife bought me some cheap “digestive pills” from the grocery store and I was amazed at how well they worked. I two per day and had regular, solid movements, but I felt there was something out there that could work even better. Something I could take daily and purchase again and again, so as I do for everything else, I came to Amazon. I bought these based on the reviews alone, knowing nothing about what was in it or how it would work. I have taken this for one week now, and for every day since the very first day I started I have had the most violent diarrhea I have ever had in my life. The bathroom has been a scene from a horror film. I have worked from home every day because I need to be seconds away from a private restroom with a vent and air freshener, no joke. I have not had a single solid movement since day one, and it hasn’t gotten worse, but it certainly hasn’t gotten better. At first I thought it may be a good thing, cleaning me out or what have you, but that can’t be the case if it’s gone on for this long, right? I have researched if this is normal (sometimes it can be, but a week?), taken them on an empty stomach, etc. and nothing has changed. I’m going to stop taking them for a couple of days to see if it stops, then return them and try something else. All of the positive reviews are from people showing amazing results within the first couple days of use. If that truly is the case for them, I am happy for them. It is likely something in my own body causing these problems, but for whatever reason, these pills have made my stomach issues 10x worse than they were before taking anything at all. Even as I write this review at 9:45AM on an empty stomach (last pill taken yesterday morning on an empty stomach) my stomach is churning. I was awoken at 4AM today for an emergency trip to the bathroom, and again after I woke up at 8AM. My suggestion for the person thinking about buying this is... Well... Useless I guess. Based on the reviews, these pills seem to help certain people, and make symptoms exponentially worse for others. I have no “diagnosed” stomach problems, but for whatever reason, I am the latter.
