First of all I didnotpurchase this on Amazon but went straight to the company. My mom has had this for a week and my brothers who are very tech savvy helped set it up. I got a year plan, fall protection and the device with insurance in case she breaks or loses it. My brothers and mom were supposed to take a trial run with it to see if they could locate her According to the company she should be able to be in Savannah where i live or even Hawaii and they can locate her. They went out to eat 35 miles away and tried the trial run and they said she was at her apartment. Wrong! So they worked with it and yesterday she tried again at the bank downtown. The town is very small. The ambulance tried to locate her all around the square and couldn’t find her. Never did. Also she was supposed to call and tell them it was a trial run. She did and they put her on hold before she could tell them that it was a trial run. Not sure what to do at this point!
