This is another update 09/30/22. The replacement cleaner TINECO sent me broke in less than 9 months. So, that is 2 cleaners in less than two years. Now TINECO can't do anything for me even though I am still in the warranty time period, have all my paperwork and communication! There is a huge language barrier and I am so frustrated that I spent so much money on an item that did not even last. This is an update 11/12/2021 - I have had this item for less than a year and it broke in the beginning of November. The motor quit functioning properly. I contacted customer service and was told I needed to send the item back and as soon as they received the vacuum they would send me a new one. It has been over a month of excuses and I currently have no replacement or any resolution in site. Don't waste your money or time! I have 3 dogs, 3 kids and lots of hardwood floors. I can't get over how well the TINECO cleans the floors & vacuums all the dog hair up. It does not leave my walnut floors overly wet and it really sucks up the dirt (see my picture). It is super easy to clean and a full charge will cover all my hard surface areas. I am so happy I spent the money on this. It has made mopping / vacuuming so much easier and less time consuming.
