I really wish zero stars was an option. For one, this hay is always brown and never looks fresh. I just orded my second box for by bunny and have been feeding it to him for about a week now. This morning I go to feed him and pull out a chunk of hay that smells so bad, I go to look at the hay and I cannot tell what it is. It smells like feces but looks like a snake skin and it looks like there's possible maggot/ insect skins around it and I own no other animal. I am beyond upset and just hope that this disgusting hay does not get my bunny sick. You better believe I am trying to contact Smart Pet Select for a refund, but they make it hard to on Amazon. Never buying hay from here again.
