Out of the box problems... no documentation, no preloaded gfiles on the sd card. limited connectivity to computer via usb or wifi... extruder issues, feeder issues. tried abs and pla... couldn't get any print to stick to the bed even with a huge raft... disappointment... the bed heater needs more juice. it takes 15 minutes to preheat... Update: a week into it we sorted out some pf the issues, however using the little plastic scraper included the bed adhesive tape came off in the middle... maybe it got a bubble? 2nd update, This is JUNK! mid print, the extruder jammed/clogged... and as a result pressure built in the filament "bowden tube when the extruder kept pushing the filament and the bowden tube popped out... now i cant get it to stay in. spent 30 minutes on hold with amazon, before amazon gave up. then i waited 30 minutes on hold for monoprice on their service line with no one picking up. i was able to get ahold of a tech via chat, but they cannot service amazon orders... you need to email support.amazon@monoprice.com if you need help... its email service only...
