I am the author of a non-commercial coffee website (that teaches how to brew coffee, including Turkish) and more. I just got this and it makes a fantastic cup of Turkish coffee. Easy, quick, no mess, and dead-on in taste and consistency. EDIT: It WAS fantastic, then a few months later a problem with the pot. Been trying to get ANY customer service, there is NONE. No responses to web form, no phone, no email. Device became useless after a few months. I would stay away, sorry. Was so hopeful. Went from FIVE stars to ONE.
