This cover never stands up properly. It also has a difficult time finding purchase on smoother surfaces, you might find you need to place a towel underneath the tablet so it doesn't slip and slide. The cover is supposed to allow it to stand upright or on its side, but it does a poor job of both. You'll find yourself struggling to get the right position all the time. I really don't recommend this, but for now I'm not sure what alternatives are even available. The keyboard case is nice, though much more expensive.
