Safe will not open even with correct code
After less than a year this safe will not open even after putting in the correct code. We were able to open it after repeated attempts yesterday but today it will not open. The light turns green indicating you can proceed to open the safe but the handle does not move and the door will not open. Since being able to open a safe you have stored valuable items in is important I recommend you consider a brand other than Sentry for your safe needs.
