Can't get it to work on my phone line. Tried to contact customer service multiple times, but am always disconnected. I almost feel like they were "blocking" me! The buttons on my unit do not work - I can't see who I have blocked, cannot see any numbers to block them, can't see anything, just the number of calls blocked (I CAN seem to block numbers using the #2 feature), but once they're blocked, can't unblock them, in case I made a mistake. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to send it back, as it is useless to me without the buttons working. I was hoping customer service could resolve the issue, but can't get through for longer than a few minutes, then the all drops. Not sure what that is all about either. On hold for over an hour to try to call back, with no answer.
