WARNING~Read the label on the bottle about prolonged use and EDTA
This product contains EDTA. Its function is to bind to heavy metals (mercury, lead) and remove them prior to absorption- through the kidneys. Taking EDTA for more than 2 to 3 weeks can overwork the kidneys, cause kidney damage and essential mineral (magnesium, calcium, iron, potassium) depletion. Resulting symptoms include: kidney pain, fatigue, nausea, chills, low appetite and weight loss.
