First of all, this product is really sleek and pretty, but it just didn't do the job...or it only did partially. This battery claims to be 1000mAh, when in reality, it only holds about 5000mAh AT MOST. I did all the calculations while I charged my phone, from fully charged till it no longer gave charge. It added to about 4000mAh, but since I had my phone on while I was charging I decided that it might take a little more charge. The average portable charger is about 70% efficient, and this was less than 50%. Not happy. If the description was 6000mAh and it only produced about 4000mAh, I would take it. Even for the price I paid ($21) I would pay for it. What got me to return this item is that I feel like I was cheated. I felt that I was lied to. I decided to go with another brand that I had previously have and return this product. The dimensions of this product is also really wrong on the item description (even on the box it was wrong). It would fit nicely in a sunglass pouch, but that is pretty long for a charger. It is slightly wider and about half and inch higher than the iPhone 6 (not the plus). I did some testing with this product: 1. It DOES charge an iPad and iPhone at the same time, even though some reviews claimed it didn't. (and of course 2 phones at the same time) 2. When charging 2 device, the speed of charging didn't seem to slow down. However this does charge pretty slow normally. (about 2-3 min per 1%) 3. It seems to take a lot longer to charge from 90% to 100% than from 0% to 90%. 4. This charger DOES charge from 0% to 100%, but it will not automatically stop charging once it is full charge, which means it would be wasting battery. 5. This battery takes about 8hrs to be fully charged. Leaving it overnight may be your best bet. 6. I intentionally left this battery out for 2 weeks to see if it holds the charge, and it does. If you are okay with a 5000mAh battery, then this would be a great buy. The thing I liked most about this product is that it's thin, and has a great matte finish. However, if you are looking for a battery that can save your phone/tablet more times, then you might need to do more hunting.
