There is no other way to explain it, this cushion is uncomfortable as all get out. While it does relieve some pain off my lower back, the bump and strange shape of the cushion spreads my legs and digs into my crack that it actually hurts. IT feels like I'm constantly on the toilet. I had to put some hydrocortizone cream on it because I think I got some sort of hemorrhoid or something. It hurts I tell you! I position the cushion exactly where I'm supposed to but it's no use. Sitting on a plain old cotton pillow is actually less painful than this.
