Preservative-laden, dyed yellow, and includes potato
I won't be eating the Tropiway Plaintain Fufu that I ordered. The ingredient list: Plantain, granular potato, saccava, mono and diglycerides, BHT (to protect flavor), Sulfites (as preservative) FD&C Yellow #5. Color Added.
In other words, a highly manufactured industrial food, possibly not containing all that much plantain. Not acceptable.
