Update: I’m updating this since the product has become more popular. Flexispot sent me a replacement seat which did NOT help with my issue. The issue, which I explained to them, is that the seat won’t stay up. This issue is with the locking mechanism on the seat POST. I have since given up on Flexispot honoring the warranty, and I jerry-rigged the seat post to make it stay at my desired height (see picture.) The product itself is ok. But, you will not get any support from them and they don’t honor their warranty. You can see there are other reviews that have issues with their product support. Flexispot is refusing to honor their warranty because I purchased it on Amazon. "Thank you for your cooperation. Upon checking with our team, the order is fulfilled by Amazon. The product comes from their warehouse. Please contact Amazon for a warranty because it is beyond our jurisdiction." ​
