Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I was a big fan until yesterday when I couldn’t open the lock from my locked bike. Like other reviewers, my lock wheels developed play in them very early on. I considered that just an inconvenience, but I think it led to my not being able to unlock the bike. The good news was that I was able to get my hands on a worn bolt cutter and cut it off in less than five minutes. (Which I can’t reconcile with the video review attesting to how difficult it was to cut). This is a great concept, very light and convenient, but notice the trends in reviewers who had the same lock wheel issue I did. There is a lot of puffery online about how hard it is to cut, which was not my experience. I can’t be the first customer who couldn’t unlock his bike - which could be really problematic. Very disappointing. I think they are going to coin money at $65@ until the reviews catch up with them.
