I owned the previous edition of the exact same shape and size of bowls but in a diffrent color. A couple cracked, but the quality was great. They cracked after YEARS OF USE and abuse and dropped on floor. I loved them so much I bought a replacement set. BUT the moment they arrived I felt how much THINNER, and LESS DURABLE these would be. Another example of corporations that have ALL become SLAVES TO PROFITS over any other consideration, like QUALITY, and they cut corners more and more, and send out cheap products for a steep price. That seems the rule of thumb circa 2021. Results? THEY LOSE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! I used to buy many KitchenAid products. But NO MORE. Did you think people weren't gonna notice KITCHEN AID? We do. And now you lost my business. I will use PYREX quality glass bowls. Not paying this premium price for pretty colored plastic destined to be in the trash bin within a year.
