It is a good machine compared to their old machine but a little deceiving as it is called pro heat which one would think it has the built in heater which is doesn't, it says to use hot tap water but a bit worried as when I did that with old machine it melted some parts but bought it assuming it was a pro heater with heater. It does put out a lot of water and pickup making it a nicer machine than most. It is a lot easier to clean with no screw removal like old one, Also just found out after about 5 minutes of cleaning, I think the engine gets a bit hot and suction is half, you have to let it cool down and continue UPDATE: The machine leaks the water i left in and destroyed my ceiling which i found to be a defect that bissell never contacted registered owners about so it leaked and ruined my floor and ceiling as it went thru the rug so didn't notice until i saw the ceiling downstairs had stains which is in the midst of construction and ceiling was just replaced and finished. Filed a claim with bissell and today i get an email that my claim email was deleted without being read, horrible company do not buy their products
