Do not buy this item. I was so hopeful as when I first got this and tried it, it worked great for about 10 hours. Then it never worked again. it took 24 hours for the first response and since they respond at 4AM by the time you respond it takes another day to respond. It has taken 4 days for them to decide to replace my tracker and only because I had the Tractive Care and now it won't even arrive for a week or in 5 days if I pay more. Unfortunately since it has been 4 days without a tracker my dogs have run off and cannot be found. we live on a farm next to a nture preserve and it is hundreds of acres. I realize for you this is just a business and you are trying to make money, but don't sell a product that doesn't work that costs people their pets. I even asked you to confirm it will work in my area or return my money. I got no response and now my dogs are gone. I had tried the Whistle and it worked great for awhile then they got a new product and they said it won't work in my area because AT&T coverage is poor here. If my dogs are found I hope I can find a tracker that actually works as claimed. But for now my dogs are gone and my children are devastated.
