I wanted a replacement for my 6 yr old Symphony pillow as after so many years, it lost the firmness/support I enjoyed. This "new" symphony is much smaller, has less height, and not as supportive as my first one. Also the picture for the 2018 pillow is the same as the 2017 more expensive one AND the picture is not the size of the one I received. Not sure why Tempurpedic changed its recipe, but it must be some cost-saving tactic. NOT HAPPY. Guess I have to keep searching. :-(
