If you currently have a Ring doorbell and monitor it (live view) on a PC do not update to this. The camera is good but Ring stopped adding devices on the Windows app so you will not be able to see live view or see this doorbell at all on the dashboard of the Windows PC app. Ring replied with "The Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2 is not supported on the Windows desktop app. By visiting ring.com on your desktop computer, you can play back recorded video if you have an active Ring Protect Plan. That would have been nice to know BEFORE I spent $250 and installed it to update/replace my former Ring doorbell. Doorbell was listed as including a digital coupon for a free face plate. Never received the coupon. Amazon told me to send an email to a specific Amazon/Ring email address. Got an automatic reply that Ring no longer gives support via email. The listing for this item constitutes false advertising.
