Less than 2 years old, the internal release latch has broken and I cannot open the safe. Called customer care and was told tough luck, I'll just have to pry it open to access my documents. This safe has been opened and closed less than 1 time a month. There is absolutely no reason it should have broken. Looks like this is a very common issue with this particular model. It's obviously a design flaw that the company should stand behind. They refused to stand behind their product, and I will never buy anything made by them ever again. I wish I would have seen these poor reviews before purchasing.
