I don’t usually write long worded and detailed reviews on my purchases here in Amazon except for the occasional star-ratings surveys some sellers ask of me, but for this one I decided to make an exception. I purchased this item due to gyms being closed because of the pandemic and I needed to continue having some sort of regular fitness regimen at home. Shipment came pretty quick than the estimated delivery date, and the item was fully assembled out of the box with the exception of the foot attachment. That’s about all the positive I can say about this order. First off, the bench is way too small that there is no support at all for the neck and head when using. I maybe able to adjust my body positioning when using it for flat bench press, with some parts of my lower back hanging at the edge so that my neck and head can fit. But for incline and decline positions which is my primary reason for buying this adjustable bench, there is no way of body positioning that would give the necessary support needed to not strain, hurt and/or possibly injure my neck. And this coming from a 5’5” small built Asian guy. For the built and stability, though rated to accommodate up to 500lbs as stated in the product description , I doubt it will be able to hold up that much weight. I weigh around 188lbs and when I tested to use it for sit ups, some parts were squeaking / creaking. I double checked and tightened the screws but it did not solve the issue. Then I tried incline bench press using a pair of 30lbs dumbbells and the whole time I was doing the exercise the bench was wobbly, though I was in solid ground (not on carpet or rubber mats). I think the t-shaped legs of the bench is too short to make the whole thing stable when in use. I should have read the negative comments here first before I decided to buy it. But instead got swayed by the high rating it currently has which I now am in doubt if it’s from real, actual people who purchased this item. For the quality and the price I paid for it even at a discounted price, it is not worth it, I will not recommend this and will soon be returning the product. UPDATE 6/5/2020): After sale customer service is superb. The seller followed up and reached out after my initial review. Unfortunately, as much as I wanted to give the product as chance, we still decided to return. Kudos to the seller for their concern for their customers and standing by their product.
