This printer is GARBAGE! Where do we start? I work from home and needed a simple printer for the random document or photo prints and it has disappointed all around... 1) it takes FOREVER for this printer to print on anything other than the Fast setting 2) Multiple devices in our home routinely lose connection to this printer, even though it connected via wired LAN 3) It cuts off EVERYTHING! Need to print a 3 page Word doc? Forget it! After about 5 minutes, all you're going to get is about 1.5 pages since it cuts off EVERYTHING!!! I can't believe that Canon would ever manufacture such a poor excuse for a printer. Just disappointment and frustration all-around. No more Canon printers for us, after this disaster! I'm not sure we can even return this piece of junk, so I might just throw it out my window!
