I bought an instant pot and this warranty. Within the first few days the inner pot (meant to be lifted out and carried) dropped, denting the pot. This warranty says that it covers drops, and accidents with normal usage. They denied my claim stating the reason as "damage". Yes, that's what happens when you drop something. I called and got a run around answer and when I asked to speak to a supervisor they told me they would have to take my name and give me a call back.
