Too expensive. Refill yourself and save money.
The cheapest that I could find the Swiffer Wetjet refills is $4 a bottle on Subscribe and Save.
That seemed like a waste of money to me, so I got the cap off of an empty bottle and rinsed it out, then refilled it with about a quarter cup of AJAX concentrated orange-scented all purpose cleaner and water. You can find them in the cleaning chemical section at Dollar General, Family Dollar, Walmart, KMart, Kroger, etc.
You can get AJAX multi-purpose cleaner for less than $2 a bottle. It will refill the 1.25 liter Swiffer bottle lots of times.
In other words, you'll go through more than $150 on Swiffer solution for every $2 you spend on AJAX. It's no wonder that the Swiffer bottles are made to be hard to open and include a warning not to refill them.
What happens if you do? Are the Swiffer Police going to kick down your door?
Don't let the Swiffer clean out your wallet.
There are also do it yourself guides online for how to make your own replaceable Swiffer pads, but for 30 cents each on S&S, I think I'd rather just throw the mess away.
