So, looks like I’m one of the unlucky ones that got a 3” super firm mattress instead of the soft 6” one that’s advertised. 3 days after opening it, it has barely fluffed and hasn’t softened. It’s also important to note that I have purchased 3 other memory foam mattress over the last year or so, all from different brands, and they all fluffed up fully within just a few hours. I still can’t figure out exactly how the manufacturer thought I wouldn’t notice 3” inches missing from the mattress thickness. The cover on it doesn’t even measure 6” when stretched out, so they clearly meant for it to only be 3” thick, maybe 4” at most. I am currently in the process of getting a refund, but the funny thing is that they want it shipped back! I’m sorry, but how exactly do they expect me to compress and roll this stiff foam mattress into a reasonable size for shipping?! And forget about it fitting in the box it came in! I think I’m going to have to buy a new refrigerator just to get a box big enough that I can maybe muster the strength to fold the mattress once or twice and get it to fit! Anyway, I guess my advice would be to stay away from this company, or at least this mattress, unless you like gambling your time and money away. In which case, if you do happen to score the mattress advertised, then I’d suggest also buying a lotto ticket or hopping a plane to Vegas because you’ve definitely got more luck than me!
