This appears to be all natural, as it has organic shea butter and mango pulp, but it's not. It has added fragrance, which is generally an endocrine disruptor. This is unhealthy for anyone, but especially dangerous for pregnant or nursing women, children, etc. I opened it before noticing, so the whole thing is unfortunately going in the trash.
