I work as technician for over 35 years, over the last 20 I maintained security devices. So here is the rub with this review, they send you the scrubber sealed in a plastic package, with a sticker with BIG BOLD LETTERS saying, "HOW TO CLEAN THIS CLEANER" no instructions included, but a web address... You go to the web address and enter the product number and they request you to login through their web site into Amazon... SO let me draw you the complete picture, a 3rd party web site asks you to give them access to your account. They tell you, that you can later undo the permission of access, by doing some fancy things to your account settings... I don't care who they are, I am not going to willy nilly hand out my account to anyone!!! So this will be my last order for their product t lines.
