Very disappointed. The product seemed very high quality, but for $600 it should be. I had an issue with the digital display, but the product still worked. I just wanted the display fixed or them to replace, since I only had for 2 weeks. One week later my 5 emails went ignored. When I decided enough was enough I went on the web site to get a phone number to call customer service. NO phone number for customer service, you must use email. Are you kidding? Answer your emails then. So I just returned to Amazon, and bought a Hyperice Hypervolt plus. Excellent quality machine. Much quieter, at half the price
