Twice now, this bottle has developed cracks that render it unusable. The first time, Amazon took it back and sent a new one, even though I was "outside the return" timeframe. Seems to me a bottle should work, not fail, no matter the timeframe. The replacement one, also cracked. And note, when one of these things cracks, it lets air in and spills the water all over your floor, whether you're there to stop it or not. Don't know how they get away with this, especially at this price. Bought BPA free bottles at the local co-op in Santa Fe for about 1/2 the price and they've never failed. Do not buy.
