I was the BIGGEST fan of No Cow, singing their praises to anyone who would listen- And many people who wouldn't. It didn't matter because I loved these bars with a fiery passion . Plowing through two boxes per month at least, these things were my life blood, the foundation of my personal food pyramid. Raspberry Truffle was my absolute favorite, but I adored the Mint Chocolate as well, followed closely by the Blueberry Cobbler and Peanut Butter Chip. It was a beautiful love story. And then... My soul mate morphed from Dr. Jekyll into Mr Hyde. I'm confounded by the switch to a new formula and mourn the loss of what was once a perfect balance of flavor and nutrition. This current formulation is a sad shadow of its former self. The texture is like chewing on foam latex, and the flavor isn't much better. I'm still crushed by this switch and wish No Cow would reconsider... I don't know what will fill this hole in my stomach!
