I have been buying supplements from Garden of Life since 2012. I used the Perfect Weight mutli, which was a great multi that got discontinued. I've been buying women's raw one ever since. Garden of Life sold their company to Nestle in 2017, a move that was highly critisized by health enthusiasts. I see why now, because most of the supplements I buy from GOL now are not effective, they do not help me feel better at all. What makes me mad though, is that when I took perfect weight, I would never ever get sick. I did not even need a flu shot, my immune system was bulletproof. I'm writing this review now, sick in bed from the flu, even though I have been taking women's one multi daily, and I got my flu shot. I don't trust the labels anymore, I have been sick three times in the past year with the flu, all while taking this multi. It does not work! The ingredients are probably cheap stuff from Nestle's suppliers, piggy backing off of Garden of Life's brand. I will not be buying from them again, its a waste of money.
