Not a new winch. Damaged parts from a returned winch
This winch is USED! The synthetic rope has been used and there are abrasions throughout the rope. And there Are scratches in the feet where it comes in contact with the winch plate. The listing started A NEW WARN WINCH! having a synthetic winch type that is damaged is extremely dangerous. Who ever sold this needs to be fired.
