Different Model Than Pictured
The product description shows this laminator, but then, you are sent a cheaper model. The model sent does not have a tray and the good buttons. I am very disappointed, because I was replacing my old laminator which was the same as the one in the picture. I loved it. I have tried others with new trays or no trays, and they have not been as good. I'm feeling a little like this is bait and switch!
