Everything is great about this bike except the seat. The seat is absolutely flat and the familiar numbness of bike riding set in within about 10 minutes, rendering the bike unusable. Seeing no other complaints about the seat led me to enlarge Amazon's picture of the seat I received. The Seat pictured by Amazon is not the same seat I received (pic below) I've contacted the company in the hope they will send me the pictured seat. I could return the bike, but it took so long for this 67 year old to put it together (my husband is rehabbing from open heart surgery), and I can't face dis-assembly and sending back. The only other alternative would be to take the seat post to a welder, have the flat seat holder removed and jury-rigging a round post into the square tubing and purchasing a conventional bike seat for it. An extra expense, yes, but it's too uncomfortable to As-is. Note: The company is unwilling to do anything for me saying they discontinued the contour seat in favor of this very poor quality seat I received. I am taking the seat post to a welder to have them install a traditional seat post in the square tubing so I can replace the seat.
