I am so, SO angry with this company. We bought our sandbox last summer hoping it would last a few years (at least 2 or 3!) and it didn't make it through ONE winter even covered with heavy plastic sheeting for protection. The canopy has lost a grommet already despite having only been washed once and stored in a bin in the garage. The round tops holding the canopy on have all split - one completely in half. Another won't even screw in. The wood on the bench is splitting and we've lost all the supports on the wood covers for the storage boxes. THIS IS AN OVERPRICED PIECE OF CRAP. I love, LOVE the look of this sandbox, I really do, but start selling it for $50 so I can rebuy it every summer since I blew over $200 for it. Unless you are keeping this thing INSIDE, DON'T BUY IT because you might as well burn your money. What a total piece of crap. I did a ton of research before I bought it too - waste of time and money.
