My sister has the exact same model - she loves it and makes bread and pizza dough every week. When I received the bread machine, I couldn't wait to use it! I watched the DVD and followed the instructions exactly - the first loaf was lop sided the left side was large, the right side only a few inches. My next attempt was cinnamon raisin bread. The right paddle did not move until I opened to top, moved the dough and moved the paddle manually. Next, I checked the machine a few minutes later and there was no movement on the right side of the machine. I opened up the top, manually moved the dough, the paddle was IN the dough. I called customer service - they said the dough was too heavy. When I told them that I watched the DVD and followed the instructions, they said I should get a scale to be sure the flour was not more than 544 grams. REALLY????? So 4-1/4 cups of flour has different weights?? NO SATISFACTION FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!
