The scale looks great, and it DOES weigh accurately. But as a family scale, this thing is totally useless. We have Wyze cameras (great products) and we share a login for those on our various phones. Trying to then add multiple users for the scale on that account was impossible. It kept disconnecting, claiming the batteries were dead (yet the scale was working just fine). It couldn't find the scale, then it couldn't find extra profiles, then it found 'duplicate' profiles but didn't offer to delete them - the whole interface needs to be redesigned to allow a whole family to use the unit. So then I decided to return the product, after two days struggling with to make the connections work. I filled out the return information, and the system displayed the return label - which said to use USPS and that you'd have to add postage. So I was going to have to pay postage to return a product that doesn't work? OK - I packaged it up IN the original box, with the original packaging, sealed it up and took it to the Post Office. They weighed it, check the package size, and told me it would cost two dollars MORE than I paid for the scale in postage. Ridiculous. So I abandoned the attempt to return it. I contacted the seller, but had no response. If you don't mind keeping this thing even if it doesn't work for your family - go ahead and buy it. It MIGHT work. But my advice would be to keep your money or buy a different product.
