You don't get much for $19K. Less than 300 sq ft. (about the size of a living room) No roof. No insulation. No plumbing. No electric. A person could buy the materials and build a traditional stick-built building for half this cost. Add in the things you don't get with this building and you'd have a completed "tiny home" and still would have spent less money.
