I have had this box for one year exactly. In the picture I've attached there are two bullet cases, each point to a crack in the case. The one on the left happened 3 months in. The one on the right happened at 6 months. I've been doing my best to baby this thing so it doesn't break anymore, but now the retaining clip that holds the yellow handle and retains the spring has fallen off and is nowhere to be found. What kind of warranty do I get for this? Because one year for a $180 product is pretty horrible. Edit: It's been 6 months since I made this review, no one has reached out to me to try and fix the situation. Obviously this company doesn't seem to care. Purchase cautiously.
